The development of this sophisticated automatic chronograph with full calendar and moon phase functions was a joint venture by Movado and Zenith in 1970 (both brands were owned by the same holding company MZM between 1969 and 1983). It is estimated that production was limited to approximately 100 pieces. Examples in gold cases are exceptionally rare.
